Ticketing and event information will refer to the “sponsor name cocktail reception,” and the pre-function reception area will include specific signage welcoming attendees to the “sponsor name cocktail reception.” You will have the opportunity to offer attendees a signature cocktail named for your brand.

Performance Sponsors

Sponsor a specific performance during the evening. Your logo will be included in the program and the performance will be named in your honour (e.g., Brand X Belly Dance Performance) and mentioned by the emcee before and after the performance.

Put your brand where it will have the highest impact — the dance floor. Your logo will be projected or decalled onto the dance floor, which will be a focal point at several points throughout the evening.

Your company logo will appear on signage around the photo booth area, and, more importantly, on the photos printed on site giving each attendee a memorable takeaway with your branding. Emcee will also encourage attendees to visit the “sponsor name photo booth” during the evening at least one time.
